It is crafted in lightweight recycled polyester with CLIMACOOL® technology, a ventilation system specially engineered with materials and components which will provide a superior moisture management, enhanced evaporation and better breathability. Moreover, the jersey is predominantly red in two different shades, separated by a texture with hexagonal desing on the front, and details in white. Besides, the team's badge and brand's logo are embroidered on the chest, along with a sponsor printed. Near the neck, the name "Newton Heath" is featured, a reference to the first club name created in 1878 and became Manchester United just in 1902.
