The mantle features a black design, features the diagonal band with graphics and the embroidered badge, in addition to the name Hugo Moura and the number 25 stamped.

To exalt the name of the greatest idol Cruz-Maltino, Kappa developed Vasco's uniforms for 2024, a tribute to the 70th birthday of Roberto Dinamite, the mantle is inspired by the success and many goals of the legendary number 10, in addition to winning the 1974 Brazilian Championship. The mantle has on the diagonal band jacquard graphics with the phrase Eternal Dynamite 10, has a seal on the back of the neck with the silhouette of the star and another on the bar with the number 10 with the Maltese Cross in red.
