About the club

The União Recreativa dos Trabalhadores, or simply URT, is a Brazilian soccer club based in the city of Patos de Minas, in the state of Minas Gerais. It is one of the most important and most popular clubs in the Alto Paranaíba region and the Triângulo Mineiro. The URT achieved its main achievements in 1999 and 2000: the bicampeonato of the Minas Gerais Cup. With that, secured its participation in the 2000 and 2001 editions of the Brazil Cup.
