Clube Náutico Capibaribe, commonly known only as Náutico, is a Brazilian sports club based in the city of Recife, in the state of Pernambuco. Founded by two groups of Recife reigners in 1898 as Clube Nautico do Recife, it is officially founded on April 7, 1901 and had its first football team in 1905, made up of English and Germans. One of the oldest clubs in Brazil, it is the oldest in its state and holds the third largest crowd in Pernambuco and the sixth largest in Northeast.
