Made by Umbro, the mantle of Cruzeiro for 2017 presents the women version, ideal for every fan to demonstrate her passion for the team. The piece allows name and number customization and brings polyester in its composition, providing lightweight fabric and total freedom to the movements. It has predominantly blue design with the five stars of Cruzeiro do Sul, highlighted in the frontal region, as well as stars of the badge, embroidered in white in the left side of the chest and logo of Umbro, embroidered in the right side. Called "Manto de Glória", it bears a stamp that recalls the 20th anniversary of the Copa Libertadores championship, won in 1997. The Umbro logo is seen in white on the back, below the nape of the neck, as well as the symbol of the Triple Crown. The mantle features a breathable mesh on the back, providing more ventilation to the body, while the collar is V with ribbed trim and blue and white accents, and sponsorships complement the mantle.

Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, commonly known as Cruzeiro and nicknamed Raposa (English: Fox), is a Brazilian multisport club based in Barro Preto, Belo Horizonte. Although they compete in a number of different sports, Cruzeiro is mostly known for its association football team. It plays in the Campeonato Mineiro, the state of Minas Gerais's premier state league, as well as in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, the top tier of the Brazilian football league system. Cruzeiro are one of the five Brazilian clubs to have never been relegated, along with São Paulo, Flamengo, Internacional and Santos.
