Technical information

The Adidas Mexico Home 2016 Jersey 14 Chicharito is made of polyester with CLIMACOOL® technology, a ventilation system specially engineered with materials and components which will provide a superior moisture management, enhanced evaporation and better breathability. The design features green with white details and has a texture of vertical stripes on the front region, offering a glossy finish to the piece. On the sides, the classic three stripes of Adidas are present and on the chest, the team badge appear embroidered. Lastly, on the back of the V-neck, a ribbon inspired by the Mexican flag gets highlighted.

Hernández made his debut for Mexico in September 2009 in a match against Colombia. He has represented Mexico at the 2010 FIFA World Cup, the 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup, the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup, and the 2014 FIFA World Cup. He was the Gold Cup's top scorer with seven goals and was named the most valuable player of the tournament. He is the second highest goalscorer of all-time for the Mexico national team.
