FutFanatics can ship to almost every country, just check if yours is available at checkout.
Orders are prepared to be shipped Monday - Friday only.
If your order includes one or more customized products, please consider approximately 2 bussinness days so it can be shipped.
Standard delivery service is offered and it takes up 4 to 6 Bussiness days (Not including weekends or holidays)
Delivery time depends on where you are located.
It's not possible to schedule a delivery
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) to us within 28 days for a refund only.
However it is not possible to return custom items (with application of name, number, sponsorship or championship patch), due to the product customization.
We'll need the items in their original condition, along with any packaging and labels attached.
Please contact our team to get the return authorization.
Who is responsible for return shipping?
The customer is always responsible for sending returns unless the item is proven faulty.
If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country and responsible to guarantee it get's delivered to our distribution center. Title and risk of loss transfer to us only upon delivered. Please bear this in mind when you choose the shipping service for returning an item. A tracked delivery service.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your package and checked the returned products, we will refund you within 15 days through paypal.
