Made by Penalty, the shirt of the Santa Cruz for 2017 is named Manto das Multidões, result of a contest where the fans could draw and send suggestions on the new mantle of the Arruda Tricolor. The piece allows customization of name and number. Made of lightweight polyester, it features Nano Fresh technology, which prevents the proliferation of bacterias that cause odor, and allows a quickly evaporation of sweat, keeping the skin dry for longer. The model is faithful to the design created by the coral supporter, keeping every detail of the original drawing, presenting the team's badge colors, bringing the black on the right, red on the left side, separated by a white central stripe. In addition, it has a white stripe accompanied by the opposite color in the cuff of the sleeves, adding charm to the mantle. The white also shows presence in the collar, which in turn, is crew neck. Features the embroidered team badge on the left side and the Penalty logo set to white on the right side. Already below the nape of the neck, it bears the name of the shirt. About the club

Santa Cruz Futebol Clube is a Brazilian football club based in Recife, Pernambuco. On February 3, 1914, eleven young men aging from 14 to 16 years founded a football society. Because the boys used to play football on the streets by the yard of the Santa Cruz Church, the club was named after that church, which is situated on Santa Cruz Street in Recife.
