About the player

Ivair Ferreira, the "Príncipe", former Portuguese striker, born in Bauru (São Paulo) on January 27, 1945, was one of the greatest idols in the history of Lusa do Canindé. He started at the club only 12 years old, in 1957. In his career he won the Carioca Championship title of 1971 and 1973.
