Adidas, in partnership with Laboratório Fantasma, presents Cruzeiro's shirt for black awareness month in 2023, with the motto "From Root to Fight", extolling black ancestry and beauty, through one of the most recognized symbols of resistance in the world. black culture – the braid. With the message “Braid Brazil and Africa”, the campaign is inspired by different types of braids throughout history, representing these symbols in the shirt design. The mantle features a cream design and a graphic on the front in gray of African cultural aspects, symbolizing the roots and origins of the black population. The details on the hem and cuffs feature details in yellow and blue. The neck, cuffs and three letters on the sleeves are in blue, as is the Adidas logo, on the right side of the chest, and the badge on the left. In the center, the official patch of the collection is printed.
