Created by Umbro, the Sport II jersey for 2021, Player version, celebrates the 102nd anniversary of the Leão do Norte, the trophy that became a milestone in Leonine history. The piece has two commemorative stamps, a white design, in addition to the shield highlighted on the chest.

Exactly 102 years ago, when winning the Leão do Norte Trophy, Sport became a Lion and its roar became a scream. The conquest became a milestone in red-black history, giving rise to the mascot, nickname and the symbol present on the immortal shield. With this in mind, Umbro launched the Maior do Nordeste shirt for the 2021 season. The shirt features two exclusive stamps on the inside: one is seen in the neck region with the commemorative date and the other appears on the hem with a brief description of this event of great prestige for Sport Recife.
